                    Cumin and garlic complement the naturally sweet flavor of carrots. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                4 cups diagonally cut carrot (about 1 3/4 pounds)  |  
                                                2 teaspoons olive oil  |  
                                                3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds  |  
                                                1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro  |  
                                                1 teaspoon honey  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon ground cumin  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Steam carrots, covered, 14 minutes or until tender. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cumin seeds; sauté 1 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned.
