1 lb carrot |
1/2 cup parsley, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 dash red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots whole until they are al dente, still crisp. 2. Slice carrots, then combine them with remaining ingredients. 3. Serve at room temperature. |
