1 cup 1 cup grated carrot |
8 green olives, pitted and coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1 clove garlic, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
