Moroccan Baked Cabbage and Tomatoes |

Simple, inexpensive, and delicious. Ingredients:
1 medium cabbage, quartered |
3 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350. 2. Boil the cabbage in a large pot for about 5 minutes. Drain and put the pieces in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the cabbage. Bake for about 20 minutes and serve. |
