This is my breakfast.
Ingredients:
118 g banana
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup spinach
0.33 cup strawberries
0.33 cup blueberries
0.33 cup raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Liquefy.
