Egg Substitute, loads of veggies and herbs, creamy cheese finish. Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1 red pepper, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
4 oz mushrooms, sliced |
1/4 cup cottage cheese |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon dried herbs, basil/ oregano/ thyme |
Directions:
1. Saute garlic, herbs, veggies on pan with cooking spray. 2. Add egg substitute and cottage cheese. scramble until mixed and set. 3. eat. MMMM! |
