Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup kashi golean crunch cereal
1/2 cup milk or water
1t smart balance buttery spread
1t lite or sugar free pancake syrup or honey
1t brown sugar or 1-2 packets sugar substitute
Directions:
1. Mix all in a small microwavable bowl.
2. Adjust liquid slightly as needed.
3. Heat on high for 1 minute.
4. Stir & enjoy!

6. To omit rice: increase cereal & oats by 1/4 cup each.
7. To omit cereal: increase oats by 1/4 cup.
8. To omit oats: increase cereal by 1/4 cup.
