Here you have rice, oats and Kashi cereal teaming up for a winning mix of protein, fiber and flavor that will start your day off right. WW - 1 serving (half recipe) = 5 pts . 270 calories. (These figures may change with substitutions. Read more .) Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked brown rice |
1/4 cup oats |
1/4 cup kashi golean crunch cereal |
1/2 cup milk or water |
1t smart balance buttery spread |
1t lite or sugar free pancake syrup or honey |
1t brown sugar or 1-2 packets sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Mix all in a small microwavable bowl. 2. Adjust liquid slightly as needed. 3. Heat on high for 1 minute. 4. Stir & enjoy! 5. Update - 6. To omit rice: increase cereal & oats by 1/4 cup each. 7.
