This is a nice smoothie that is easy to enjoy during Phase 1. Adapted from new book. Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1/2 cup coffee, brewed |
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar substitute |
6 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Process in blender until frothy. |
