A quick and delicious morning (or anytime) drink. Ingredients:
2 cups frozen mixed fruit |
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt (any flavor) |
2 tablespoons wheat germ |
1 tablespoon quick-cooking oatmeal |
1 cup strawberry soymilk |
water, as needed |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender. 2. Process on high 4-5 minutes or until smooth. |
