I needed to use my microwave for the cooking on our washington trip and I learned to cook eggs so they were still good and not rubbery. Ingredients:
Directions:
1. You need one of those mircowave cupcake cookers. It has 6 cupcake spots. 2. Use spray oil and spray each cup so the eggs do not stick. I used butter flavored. 3. Put an egg in each cupcake spot. 4. Season to taste. 5. Poke the yolk once to prevent popping and splatters. 6. Put it into the microwave and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. 7. Perfect! We really like these with sausage or bacon. |
