A smoothie that will start your day off right! Ingredients:
1 orange |
1 banana |
1 apple (peeled and cored) |
2 -3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate |
ice cube, and water for texture |
Directions:
1. Cut all fruit into small chunks, place in blender. Next add water and orange juice concentrate, then blend for approx 20-30 seconds adding ice for texture as desired. |
