This smoothie is a concoction of my own. I make smoothies almost every morning for myself and my siblings. This smoothie is healthy, yet yummy and refreshing! (: Ingredients:
6 ounces frozen raspberries |
2 cups frozen mango chunks |
6 tablespoons plain yogurt |
1 1/2 cups orange juice |
turbinado sugar, to taste (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender. Pulse until frozen fruit is broken well. Blend on high speed until smooth, stirring to ensure thorough mixing. |
