This is my favourite breakfast ever. It's so fast and easy and jam packed with healthy, nutrient rich, energy boosting ingredients. It tastes absolutely delicious too! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
handful of fresh raspberries |
1 fresh peach cut in peices |
1/4 cup vanilla soy yogurt |
1 scoop whey protien powder |
1 tbsp flax oil |
1/4 cup pure cranberry juice (not coctail) |
1 cup light vanilla soy milk |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients into a blender and mix until completely smooth 2. If needed, add a little water untill desired consistancy (I prefer mine thicker) 3. Enjoy! |
