Directions:
1. Halve the tomatoes and grill them until done to your liking. 2. Slice the onions into rings, coat them with seasoned flour and fry in hot oil or fat. 3. Fry the eggs and place one in each tomato half; arrange on a dish, with the onions rings as a garnish. |
