I found this in an old church recipe book. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup bacon drippings |
2 tablespoons garlic salt |
1 tablespoon savory salt |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons tabasco sauce |
2 cups corn chex |
2 cups rice chex |
2 cups cheerios toasted oat cereal |
1 lb assorted nuts, pretzils, and fritos (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix butter, bacon drippings, garlic salt, savory salt, worcestershire and tobasco together and pour over chex, cheerios and nut mixture. Mix with hands to coat. Bake in large pan at 250°F for 1 hour. |
