7 ounces oil
2 eggs
4 teaspoons baking powder
5 ounces orange juice (apple juice may be substituted)

1. Mix all ingredients by hand. (You may add a little more flour or liquid if the dough is too wet or dry.).
2. Refrigerate for one hour.
3. Prepare fillings of your choice.
4. Roll into walnut size balls, flatten into circles in your palms (OR roll out and cut into circles) and then fill with filling of your choice and pinch into triangles.
