A recipe from the Ultimate Barbeque Cookbook. I used it to marinate steaks. I loved it. But DH found it too sweet. If you like sweet marinades, then you'll like it. (Pour over meat as marinade, or use as a mopping sauce on ribs or pork tenderloin, basting fresquently on the grill) Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup real maple syrup |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon ground thyme |
1 teaspoon ground rosemary |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour over meat as marinade, or use as a mopping sauce on ribs or pork tenderloin, basting fresquently on the grill. |
