Ingredients:
4 tablespoons yellow moong and urad dal paste
2 tablespoons potatoes, peeled,boiled and diced
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cilantro
oil, to fry
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil.
2. Knead well using your palms.
3. Make into small round balls (pakoris).
4. Heat oil in a broad pan.
5. Drop by tbsps.
6. into the oil.
7. Deep fry till golden brown.
8. Serve with mint chutney.
