Good Snack! Ingredients:
4 tablespoons yellow moong and urad dal paste |
2 tablespoons potatoes, peeled,boiled and diced |
1 onion, diced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder |
1 teaspoon cilantro |
oil, to fry |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil. 2. Knead well using your palms. 3. Make into small round balls (pakoris). 4. Heat oil in a broad pan. 5. Drop by tbsps. 6. into the oil. 7. Deep fry till golden brown. 8. Serve with mint chutney. |
