I got this recipe from a internet site. My ingredients reflect a Pillsbury Brownie Mix; please follow your own brownie mix directions. Ingredients:
3 (2 3/4 ounce) moon pie cookies (any flavor) |
1 (19 1/2 ounce) box brownie mix |
1/2 cup oil |
1/4 cup water |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. In a greased 9x13 pan, break-up Moon Pies into small bite-size pieces.
2. Mix oil, water, egg and brownie mix until moistened.
3. Pour the prepared brownie batter on top of the Moon Pie pieces.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 to 30 minutes.
