One of the first desserts I learned to make. Ingredients:
2 egg whites, beaten |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (11 ounce) bag chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs til stiff. 2. Gradually add sugar and beat hard. 3. Carefully blend in vanilla and chips. 4. Drop by teaspoon onto a paper sack. 5. Bake at 250 for 18-20 minutes. |
