A great go to when you want a hot sandwich Ingredients:
8 flour tortillas |
3 tbls. cold water |
2 tbls. soy sauce |
1 tbls. corn starch |
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil |
1 tsp. sugar |
1/4 tsp garlic minced |
3/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin bite size pieces |
1 tbls. cooking oil |
3 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots) |
1/3 cup hoisin sauce |
Directions:
1. Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in 350 oven for 10 minutes 2. Stir next 6 ingredients in mixing bowl until well combined 3. Heat oil over medium high heat in large skillet or wok 4. Add pork and stir fry 2-3 minutes until no longer pink 5. Push meat to side of skillet and add sauce to center 6. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly(about 2 minutes) 7. Add slaw mix and stir to coat and warm through 8. To assemble 9. Spread hoisin sauce onto 1/2 of tortilla 10. Place about 1/2 cup of pork mixture onto center of tortilla 11. Wrap up and enjoy |
