Ingredients:
1 10oz package coleslaw mix |
1 10oz package sliced mushrooms |
1 16oz package broccoli coleslaw |
1 teaspoon(s) cornstarch |
1 package(s) flour tortillas |
1 garlic clove, minced |
3 green onions, sliced |
hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) plus 1 tsp vegetable oil |
1 pound(s) pork loin, cut for stir-frying |
1/2 cup(s) stir fry sauce (below) |
Directions:
1. Heat skillet/wok over high heat. Add 1 Tbsp vegetable oil and heat til shimmering. 2. Toss pork with cornstarch in bowl. Add to skillet and cook, stirring, til beginning to brown (3-4 min). Transfer to clean bowl with slotted spoon. 3. Add remaining 1 tsp oil to skillet. Add garlic and cook 15 seconds. Add vegetables and Stir Fry Sauce (see below). Cook, stirring frequently, til vegetables are tender-crisp (5 min). 4. Return pork to skillet and cook 1 min. Transfer to bowl and sprinkle with onions. 5. Wrap tortillas in paper towels and microwave. Spread hoisin sauce on tortillas, spoon on Moo Shoo Pork, and roll up. 6. Stir Fry Sauce (makes enough for 3 meals): 7. cup reduced sodium soy sauce 8. /3 cup dry sherry 9. tsp grated fresh ginger 10. tsp sugar 11. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Stir til sugar dissolves. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Shake before using. |
