Monterey White Cheese Sauce |

This sauce goes great over enchilada or vegetables. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
3 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 cup sour cream |
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies, drained |
1 dash hot sauce (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. 2. Reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in shredded cheese until melted. 3. Mix in sour cream and green chilies, and cook, stirring occasionally just until heated through. 4. Do not allow to boil. |
