The Pepper-Jack cheese gives this dip that extra pop! This dip goes fast at parties. Have recipe handy your guests will want this one! Ingredients:
1 8 oz. package monterey jack cheese with peppers, shredded |
2 4 oz. cans shrimp, drained |
1 2/1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup chopped green onions |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a 1 quart microwave safe dish. 2. Microwave on high 3 minutesor until cheese melts, stirring after each minute. 3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips |
