I got this recipe from my cousin - it sounds okay, looks doubtful, but tastes like HEAVEN! Refrigeration time not included in preparation time.
Ingredients:
1 large tomato, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup italian dressing
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir until well mixed.
2. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least and hour before serving.
3. Tastes best if you refrigerate for a couple of hours prior to serving.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
