I was very surprised when the waiter at Montana's was actually able to get the recipe from the chef!! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
16 ounces alfredo sauce |
6 ounces red peppers |
6 ounces red onions |
1/4 teaspoon cajun spices |
1/2 ounce worcestershire sauce |
16 ounces spinach |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
6 ounces cheddar cheese |
6 ounces mozzarella cheese |
1/2 ounce hot sauce |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together in an oven safe dish and bake for 10 min at 350 to melt the cheeses and heat through.
