Good way to incorporate fruits and veggies in your diet all at once. Also see my 5 a day smoothie for another good smoothie recipe. Ugly color but tastes good. It gets the yucky green veggies into your diet in a very disguised way. Ingredients:
1/2 cup broccoli |
1/2 cup spinach |
1 cup frozen strawberries |
1 banana |
8 ounces hansen's apple-strawberry juice |
Directions:
1. Pour ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add water and ice until desired thickness is achieved. |
