This recipe was given to me by my boyfriends Aunt at their family reunion. With the size of their family, they NEED a recipe for monster cookies. Not only does it make alot of cookies, the cookies are gigantic! Ingredients:
12 large eggs |
2 lbs brown sugar, firmly packed |
4 cups white sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
8 tablespoons baking soda |
1 lb butter (not margarine) |
3 lbs peanut butter |
18 cups rolled oats |
1 lb chocolate chips |
1 lb m&m's plain chocolate candy |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix ingredients in the order given.
3. Drop by ice cream scoopfuls onto cookie sheet, then flatten (about 6 per sheet) Bake for 12 minutes, do not overbake.
