So absolutely yummy and definitely NOT diet friendly :) Best served fresh out of the oven. Ingredients:
4 rolls pillsbury country rolls |
3 tbsps cinnamon |
1 cup sugar |
1 stick butter |
raisins or pecans optional |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Grease sides and bottom of bunt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray 3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. 4. Remove dough from packaging and cut rolls in quartered (half, half, then half again) bite size pieces. 5. Place pieces from 1 roll throughout bottom of pan. 6. Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar Mix over dough and pat with several pats of butter. 7. Continue layering with dough, Cinnamon Sugar and butter. 8. Bake in oven at 350 for 45mins or until dough has risen and is done. 9. Do not overcook as bread becomes tough. 10. **My mom always served it with extra butter. Like I said, not very diet friendly but unbeliveably delectable. |
