This recipe comes to me from my mother. It is a great, simple dessert that even the most novice cook can master. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream. A real kid pleaser too, Can we have some Monkey bread, please? Ingredients:
3 (10 ounce) cans biscuits |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Place sugar and cinnamon into plastic bag. 2. Add biscuits (a few at a time) into bag and shake to coat well. 3. Grease bundt cake pan and place biscuits into pan. 4. In saucepan bring brown sugar and butter to a boil. 5. Pour brown sugar and butter sauce over biscuits. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
