Seen on a cooking segement on telly - yum on the BBQ. We originally used forequarter lamb chops. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chili powder |
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce |
2 teaspoons ground cumin |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
3 tablespoons pomegrante molasses |
Directions:
1. Mix together and marinate your lamb overnight. Cook your lamb as usual. |
