This was a family favorite after a big Sunday dinner. What is great is that this casserole can be modified depending on the amount of leftovers you have. Ingredients:
2 cups roast beef |
1 cup gravy |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
3 cups mashed potatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms |
1 onion |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Dice roast beef into cubes. 2. Mix with gravy and Worcestershire sauce. 3. Add mushrooms. 4. Place in bottom of casserole. 5. Mix half cup cheese into leftover potatoes. 6. Place potatoes on top of casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole. 7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
