1 1/4 cups rolled oats |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups sour soymilk |
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
Directions:
1. Stir oat flour, oats, wheat flour, baking soda, salt. 2. Add milk and eggs and stir. 3. Pour onto griddle. |
