Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sour soymilk
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
Directions:
1. Stir oat flour, oats, wheat flour, baking soda, salt.
2. Add milk and eggs and stir.
3. Pour onto griddle.
