Adds a good side dish to a big family dinner. Ingredients:
bunch of carrots |
bunch of celery |
3 potatos |
1 onion |
2 tall cans of vegitable juice |
2 packs onion soup mix |
1 soup bone/with or without meat on it |
salt as you wish |
pepper as you wish |
Directions:
1. fill soup kettle half way with water 2. boil soup bone for 15 mins 3. skim the top of water to get the stuff from the bone off top 4. add veggies ,onion soup mix 5. boil veggies until almost soft 6. add vegitable juice 7. let every thing boil for 15 mins 8. simmer until veggies are soft 9. seperately boil rice or macaroni noodles 10. add to soup bowls seperately |
