This is one of my family's favourite meals, as it was for me when I was a child. Potatoes cook right on top of the meat, so it's easy for Mom, and the kids love the way it looks. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon hp steak sauce |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet onion soup mix |
3/4 cup oatmeal |
1 kg tater tots |
Directions:
1. Mix the meat with all ingredients except the Tots. 2. Pat into a Pam sprayed 9x13 pan. 3. Place the Tater Tots in rows over the meatloaf. 4. Bake at 350 for one hour. |
