This is not your ordinary taco salad!! It goes great with summer suppers cooked on the grill (burgers, steaks, fish, chops, etc.). I make it for every family reunion and never have left overs. Ingredients:
1 iceberg lettuce |
1 15 oz. can ranch style beans, washed and drained |
2-3 green onions, finely chopped or 1/2 small sweet onion |
1 8 oz. package of finely shredded cheddar cheese |
1 bag nacho cheese doritoes, crunched |
1 bottle catalina dressing |
Directions:
1. wash, drain, and tear lettuce 2. add beans, onions, and cheese 3. add chips and dressing just before serving. 4. toss and enjoy |
