Mom's Sweet Potato Casserole

This casserole is a staple at all of our family gatherings. Even people who typically do not care for coconut ask for the recipe. To prep the sweet potatoes, I bake them for approximately 1 hour at 400°F.
Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup granulated sugar
1 (3 1/2 ounce) can coconut
4 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients (sweet potatoes through vanilla) well and pour into a greased 10x10 casserole.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and spread over the top of sweet potato mixture.
3. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
