Mom's Sweet and Sour Broccoli |

This is my mom's recipe. We often eat it at holidays. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard |
6 slices bacon |
Directions:
1. Cook and crumbled the bacon. 2. Set aside. 3. Cook the broccoli until tender crisp. 4. Drain. 5. Mix the rest of the ingredients (except bacon) in a small saucepan. 6. Heat over low-medium heat. 7. Pour over top of the broccoli. 8. Sprinkle the bacon on top. |
