Old fashioned comfort food! My mom served this on toasted white bread with slices of American cheese. Slice the bread into triangles and make a great appetizer platter! Ingredients:
1 pound bologna, ground |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon light corn syrup |
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish |
Directions:
1. Place bologna in a medium bowl. Mix in mayonnaise a few tablespoons at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Stir in light corn syrup and sweet pickle relish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. |
