I love this recipe. I always use my mom's no-roll pie crust with it because it's super easy. Use a deep-dish pie plate and place it on a baking pan to avoid spillover into your oven. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1tsp vanilla |
3 tbsp milk |
1 3/4 cup sugar |
4 tbsp flour |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
4 cups rhubarb cut into 1 pieces |
Directions:
1. Prepare mom’s no-roll pie crust 2. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, flour, cinnamon & vanilla until well blended 3. Stir in rhubarb 4. Fill pie shell with mixture and sprinkle remaining crust crumble on top 5. Bake at 400 for 45 min |
