This is from my mom, and it's sooo good in the summertime. Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 cups rhubarb, cut into chunks |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups sugar |
3/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. Place rhubarb in an ungreased 13X9in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. 2. Measure sugar, flour, and cinnamon into a bowl. Add butter and mix thoroughly, until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb. 3. Bake 50-60 minute or until topping is golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream or cool whip. |
