Quick, easy, and light dinner. You can use leftover chicken, instead of tuna. Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped |
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried hot pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 dash hot chili powder |
salt-free garlic and herb seasoning (optional) |
Directions:
1. Spray a medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray, and sauté the onion (use oil if you prefer). 2. Add the tuna and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add the salt, pepper, hot pepper, paprika and chili powder. 4. Cook for a few more minutes. 5. I serve this with pita bread, but you can make regular sandwiches if you like. |
