I've made a lot of pumpkin breads but to me this is the best. My moms!!! This is one of the ones I like to give as gifts.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oil
2 cup pumpkin
2/3 cup cold water
4 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, baking soda, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
2. Add all at one time, the oil pumpkin, water and eggs.
3. Bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees in 6 greased and floured mini bread pans.
