Mom's Pumpkin Bars

This is a favorite among my family. My mom has been making these since I was a little kid, and I have only grown to like them more! Even if you don't like pumpkin, you're sure to like these! They are a tasty treat! :-)
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup salad oil (i use canola oil)
2 cups sugar
15 ounces pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
6 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl (eggs through pumpkin).
2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl (flour through nutmeg). Combine flour mixture with wet mixture. Beat together until combined.
3. Pour into two 9 x 13 inch pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
4. To prepare the cream cheese frosting, combine the listed ingredients (cream cheese through powdered sugar). Add more milk or powdered sugar to reach desired consistency.
5. Frost bars when cool. Enjoy! :-).
