Ingredients:
1 potato per person plus one for the pot peeled |
stock |
olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
leeks |
cream |
Directions:
1. Saute the leeks in a stock pot. add the potatoes and the stock and cook for a long time, a long time. add the salt and pepper. then at the end when its been sitting for about an hour add the cream and immersion blend. |
