A favorite at Connie's house from family collection. Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) packages butterscotch chips |
3 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 (4 ounce) can shoestring potatoes |
Directions:
1. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Pour over potatoes and mix gently in bowl. Drop onto waxed paper-covered cookie sheet by teaspoon. 2. Freeze until the cookies are set. Remove as soon as they are firm. |
