This very simple but delicious recipe has been served every Christmas for as long as I can remember. It goes very well with ham. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream |
8 ounces cheddar cheese |
1 cup onion, chopped |
corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Mix hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, cheese, and onions together. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. 2. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
