This is a family favorite when I was growing up!! It brings back great memories of my mom making this just for me :) Ingredients:
bottom layer |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup flour |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
filling #1 |
1 8oz pkge cream cheese |
1 cup cool whip |
1 cup icing sugar |
filling #2 |
1 pkge pistachio pudding |
1 pgke vanilla pudding |
2 1/2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. BOTTOM: 2. mix together all the ingredients and press firmily into a 9x9 square inch pan. 3. bake for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven; let cool 4. FILLLING: 5. whip all ingredients together and spread over cooled bottom 6. FILLING NUMBER 2: 7. mix everthing together really well and spread over the filling #1 8. referigerate until nicely set... top with cool whip and extra nuts if you like 9. ***I always added alot of cool whip ***** |
