This is the pie crust my mom always uses when she makes holiday pies. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups shortening |
salt |
1 egg |
5 tablespoons cold water |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Blend the first three ingredients together. Beat the last three ingredients together with a rotary beater. Mix this with the first ingredients. Roll into a pie crust. |
