An easy reliable pie crust from an old recipe that my mother wrote for me 40 years ago. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Sift salt and flour together. 2. Beat milk and oil until creamy. 3. Mix all until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl. 4. Roll between 2 pieces of wax paper. 5. Over handling makes dough tough. mix and handle lightly. |
